Does it cost extra to custom design a gift?
There is no additional charge to customize a design; however, our pricing varies due to the amount of material and work that goes into each design. We do not “upcharge” for custom work – it will be priced appropriately.
There was a design I loved, but it’s no longer in your store. Why is that, and can I still order it?
We take photos of the items we make, before they are purchased. Many items we create are not photographed, as they are personalized often with family photos, anniversary dates and/or birthdays. If you saw something you liked, use our Contact Form and ask about it! We often can recreate something we’ve carried before!
What types of items to you make?
We do a lot of different types of crafts, and love to work with all types of mediums. We use epoxy resin, sublimate on a variety of surfaces, use vinyl to create custom designs, painting, work with clay, and so much more.
How do you customize?
We can add names to cups, create our designs with specific colors, up to creating something from scratch with your vision.
How do you decide what to put in your shop?
We are crafters and artists at heart. When we do not have custom orders, we create items that we like. Our interests are ever changing, so we’re always trying something new.
